Subscription Policy

At SALKING, we offer subscription options on select products for convenient recurring delivery. This policy explains how SALKING subscriptions work, including billing, renewal, cancellation, and support.

Subscription details shown on the product page and at checkout, including price, delivery interval, discount (if any), and whether a one-time purchase option is available, are the terms that apply to your order.

1. Subscription Availability

Subscriptions are available on select products only. Available delivery intervals may include:

  • Monthly
  • Every 3 months
  • Every 6 months
  • Every 12 months

Not all products offer all subscription intervals. Some products may be available as a monthly subscription only. The subscription options displayed on the product page at the time of purchase are the options currently available for that product.

2. Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize SALKING to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis according to the interval you choose at checkout.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.

3. Pricing and Billing

Subscription pricing, subscription savings, and billing frequency are shown on the applicable product page and at checkout before you place your order. If applicable, shipping charges, taxes, and other clearly disclosed fees will be added at checkout.

If your product also offers a one-time purchase option, that option will be shown separately on the product page.

4. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through your customer account, if available, through any subscription management link included in your subscription emails, or by contacting SALKING customer support.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal order, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date. If a renewal order has already been billed or processed, your cancellation will apply to future renewal orders only.

Where available, you may also update your payment method, shipping address, or manage upcoming subscription orders through your account.

5. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails because of a payment method issue, SALKING will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times, with 7 days between each retry attempt.

If all payment retry attempts fail, the subscription will be canceled and a notification will be sent to the customer.

6. Inventory Availability

We make every effort to fulfill subscription orders on time. If a subscription item is temporarily out of stock, SALKING will retry order processing up to 5 times, with 1 day between each retry attempt.

If all inventory retry attempts fail, the affected renewal order will be skipped and the customer will be notified. Skipping a renewal order does not guarantee that future subscription orders will be skipped or canceled unless separately stated or requested.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard shipping, return, and refund terms, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please review our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full details.

If a renewal order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled retroactively. Any return or refund request for that order will be handled according to our posted return and refund policy.

8. Changes to Subscription Products or Plans

SALKING may update eligible subscription products, available delivery intervals, or subscription pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply to future orders only and will not change orders that have already been processed.
