30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Additional conditions for essential oils:

  • Due to the nature of essential oils as liquid products, they are eligible for return or exchange only if unopened and unused.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at Support@salking.com.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, SALKING will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at Support@salking.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or promotional items, where stated
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Used items not eligible under this policy

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at Support@salking.com. The fastest way to receive a replacement is usually to complete an approved return and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at Support@salking.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
