Warranty Policy
At SALKING, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, how to request warranty support, and what remedies may be available if your product develops a qualifying defect.
For information about shipping timeframes, delivery, and shipping-related issues, please review our Shipping Policy. For return eligibility, refunds, and exchanges, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
1. One-Year Limited Warranty
SALKING provides a 1-year limited warranty on eligible physical products purchased through our official website. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, SALKING may, at our discretion and where appropriate, provide one of the following remedies:
- A replacement product
- A replacement part, if applicable
- A full or partial refund if a replacement is not available or the issue cannot be reasonably resolved
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and product faults that occur during normal intended use, including where applicable:
- Electrical or functional failure not caused by misuse
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Performance issues caused by an internal product fault
- Products that stop working under normal, intended household use during the warranty period
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover issues caused by circumstances outside of SALKING’s control or by use that is not consistent with the product’s intended purpose. Examples include:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper storage
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, improper handling, or unauthorized repair
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or minor appearance variations that do not affect function
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions, cleaning guidance, or safety precautions
- Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, liquid intrusion, fire, flood, or other environmental conditions
- Products modified, altered, disassembled, or repaired by anyone not authorized by SALKING
- Consumable items, disposable parts, or products not intended for long-term warranty coverage unless required by law
- Loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery due to customer handling or third-party use
4. Products Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and assist you promptly. Shipping-related concerns are handled separately from long-term warranty coverage. For more details, please review our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty support, please email us at Support@salking.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem, where applicable
- Your current shipping address
We may ask for additional information to verify the issue and determine the best resolution. In some cases, we may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a warranty remedy.
6. Proof of Purchase Requirement
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty applies only to products purchased through SALKING’s official website or other approved sales channels that can be verified by us.
7. Return of Warranty Items
In some cases, SALKING may require the defective item to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued. If a return is required and the warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
If the issue is confirmed to be covered under this warranty, SALKING will advise whether return shipping will be arranged, reimbursed, or waived where applicable.
8. Warranty Remedies
If your claim is approved, SALKING will determine the appropriate remedy based on product availability, the nature of the defect, and the age of the order. Approved remedies may include replacement, replacement components, or refund.
Replacement products may be the same item or, if unavailable, a comparable item of equal or similar value. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
9. Relationship to Returns and Refunds
This warranty policy is separate from our standard return policy. If you would like to return an unused product within the eligible return window, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty claims are intended for products that develop qualifying defects during the stated warranty period.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SALKING’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product. SALKING is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of enjoyment, or damage to other property, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Your Statutory Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the consumer protection laws of your country, state, or region. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
